G2 vs. M80
G2 outplayed the American lineup M80 in a three-map showdown: Dust2 (13:11), Ancient (9:13), and Inferno (13:10). After losing the second map, G2 regrouped and edged out their opponent in the decider, avoiding elimination from the tournament.

HOTU vs. GamerLegion
HOTU easily dealt with GamerLegion , winning Ancient (13:9) and Mirage (13:6). The team fully controlled the match and gave their opponent no chance for a comeback.
The MVP of the match was dukefissura , who finished with stats of 38–30, 97 ADR, and a 7.1 rating. It's especially impressive considering he was recently the team's analyst and is now the captain and leader. Also noteworthy is lampada , with 33 kills and a 6.8 rating.

PGL Astana 2025 takes place from May 10 to 18. The entire tournament is held in Astana, Kazakhstan , at the Barys Arena. Participants compete for a prize pool of $625,000.
