In the quarterfinals of the PGL Astana 2025, team FURIA Esports claimed victory over their compatriots from MIBR with a score of 2:0. The match was played in a BO3 format: FURIA Esports was stronger on Nuke with a 16:13 score and closed the map on Train with a 13:2 score.

MVP of the match — molodoy

The best player of the match was Danil " molodoy " Golubenko. His average damage over the two maps was 86.65, with a KD ratio of 43-17. 

Thanks to the victory, FURIA Esports advanced to the semifinals and will now face the winner of the NIP vs. Spirit matchup. Team MIBR exits the tournament, finishing in 5th–8th place and earning $31,250 in prize money.

PGL Astana 2025 is taking place from May 10 to 18 in Astana, Kazakhstan, at the "Barys" arena. Sixteen teams from around the world are competing for a prize pool of $625,000, with the winner receiving $200,000.
