In the first quarterfinal,  OG  will face off against  Team Yandex , with the winner advancing to the semifinals where  Team Falcons  awaits. The second match will see  Navi  going up against MOUZ. The winner of this series will move on to face  Tundra Esports .

The playoffs are conducted in a single-elimination format. All matches, except for the grand final, will be played in a best-of-3 format. The final match is scheduled for December 7 and will be played in a best-of-5 format. The tournament winners will not only compete for the trophy but also secure a slot for the next series tournament — BLAST Slam VI.

BLAST Slam V runs from November 25 to December 7, 2025. The tournament features 12 teams competing for a prize pool of $1,000,000.
