GIANTX defeated G2 Esports with a score of 2:1, and Movistar KOI , in a tense series, overcame Fnatic with a score of 2:1.

Also noteworthy is a joke on social media X from the head coach of Fnatic before the match with MKOI, which they eventually lost:
