League of Legends Patch 25.10 Full Preview

Time: 2025-05-07 08:47 (UTC)

Riot Games has introduced the full preliminary list of changes for patch 25.10 for League of Legends. The update addresses champion balance, system items, including a major adjustment to magic builds, and continues the development of the system to combat toxic behavior. The patch aims to balance power between build archetypes and enhance the diversity of game strategies.

New Player Behavior System
The toxic behavior detection system, launched with a cautious approach to false positives, has exceeded even the developers' strictest expectations. In upcoming patches, they plan to scale it while maintaining high accuracy and minimal errors. Riot emphasizes that this process requires time and a careful approach.

Item Changes:
One of the key focuses of the patch is the update of items for mages. Riot Games strengthens alternative builds instead of directly weakening "Liandry's Anguish." Cryptbloom gains ability haste and a more convenient build path, serving as an alternative to Void Staff. Rocketbelt loses 50 health and is now better suited for mobile champions with low HP. Stormsurge will become a cheaper option with a movement speed bonus and an early power spike but with less damage potency. These changes expand build choices for mages and adjust the dominance of items through health and damage over time.

Unsealed Spellbook Cooldown: 5 min → 4 min
Rocketbelt Health reduced to 350 → 300

Patch 25.10 continues the move towards sustainable balance and improving the user experience. Riot strives to make each role unique and significant at different times in the game, while also providing players with a fair and comfortable gaming environment.
