Today, August 30, in the Play-In stage of the LPL Split 3 2025, an elimination match took place between EDward Gaming and Team WE . EDward Gaming claimed victory with a score of 3:1, allowing the team to advance to the playoffs. Meanwhile, Team WE concluded their run in the tournament.

The series began with a convincing win for EDward Gaming on the first map. The second map also went to EDward Gaming , who better capitalized on their opportunities in crucial moments. Unexpectedly, Team WE won the third map, leaving no chance for their opponent. However, in the fourth map, EDward Gaming once again demonstrated their superiority, closing out the series.

The MVP of the match was Ahn —the marksman from EDward Gaming who consistently pulled the team through key moments and made the biggest contribution to their overall success.

LPL Split 3 2025 is taking place from July 19 to September. Teams are competing for a prize pool of $696,457, the championship title, and spots at Worlds 2025.
