T1 Crowned Six-Time Worlds Champions

At the Worlds 2025, the grand final concluded with  T1  defeating  KT Rolster  in a tense series with a score of 3:2, becoming the world champions.

The match lasted over three hours and became one of the most intense finals in League of Legends history.

T1 opened the series with a confident victory (25:11), but KT quickly responded by winning the second and third games (24:15, 23:9). T1 managed to tie the score in the fourth game (17:8), but on the decisive map,  faker  and his team sealed the deal — T1 concluded the series 3:2 and claimed another world title.

MVP Worlds 2025 — Gumayusi

The best player of the tournament was  Gumayusi , who delivered an outstanding performance throughout the final. His average series stats were 8.7 / 2.9 / 8.6, with total damage reaching 31.5K and gold at 16.6K. The T1 ADC dominated in team fights and repeatedly saved the team in crucial moments. 

Prize Pool Distribution for Worlds 2025:

  • 1st place T1 — $500,000 + world champions title
  • 2nd place KT Rolster — $800,000
  • 3rd-4th place  Top Esports , Gen.G Esports — $400,000
  • 5th–8th places —  Anyone's Legend G2 Esports Hanwha Life Esports CTBC Flying Oyster  — $300,000
  • 9th–11th places —  FlyQuest Movistar KOI Bilibili Gaming  — $175,000 each
  • 12th-14th place — Team Secret Whales,  100 Thieves Vivo Keyd Stars  — $175,000 each
  • 15th-16th places —  Fnatic PSG Talon  — $125,000 each

Worlds 2025 took place in China from October 14 to November 9. Sixteen of the world's strongest teams competed for a $5 million prize pool.
