The second stage of the BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 kicks off on June 7. We're in for an eventful day with eight matches and the first serious test for the new participants. We analyzed win rates, map pools, team form, and context (substitutions, jet lag, boot camps) and selected 5 well-founded bets for Saturday.
OG vs. Virtus.pro (2.00)
Virtus.pro continue to show inconsistent play: losses to NiP, FlyQuest, and Astralis in recent matches, along with uncertainty in the coaching staff, negatively affect the team. OG , on the other hand, had an excellent Stage 1, defeating strong teams. In head-to-head encounters, OG is also ahead with 4 wins out of 5. The BO1 format and OG 's aggressive style make them a choice with great potential.
BetBoom vs. 3DMAX (1.92)
3DMAX have finished last in lan tournaments twice in a row and lost 5 out of their last 6 matches. The team looks disjointed, and even a decent win rate on Inferno doesn't save the situation. BetBoom, on the contrary, are showing growth: recent victories over Wildcard and Legacy , along with solid stats on Anubis (76%) and Train (80%), give them an advantage. The head-to-head score is tied, but BetBoom was stronger the last time they met.
Nemiga vs. pain (1.68)
Nemiga is one of the surprises of Stage 1. The team defeated FlyQuest, Lynn Vision , and Imperial , showing a solid structure and confident start in each match. For pain , it's the opposite: they have yet to play in Austin and showed disappointing results in past tournaments. If the team takes a good start again, pain simply won't catch up in the game.
TyLoo vs. M80 (1.78)
TyLoo looks like a mature and balanced team: 6 wins in the last 7 matches, strong win rates on Inferno (81%) and Mirage (71%). M80 , on the other hand, are experiencing a decline in results. Despite a good Ancient (88%), the rest of the map pool is far from stable. TyLoo have already acclimated in Austin and are ready to start, while M80 might not be in the best shape.
Legacy vs. MIBR (2.10)
Both teams are unpredictable, but Legacy seems more intriguing. They have a strong Mirage (80%), stable Nuke (73%), and Inferno (77%). MIBR can easily falter, so with odds of 2.10, it's a good bet.
Remember to bet responsibly: bets should be well-reasoned, not emotional. And remember: the winner is not the one who knows all the odds, but the one who can interpret them correctly.
