The team Bad News Eagles has officially announced the disbandment of their roster once again. The team will cease to exist after the European Esports Championship 2025. This decision marks the final chapter in their unstable comeback story, which lasted only four months.
Past Achievements
Bad News Eagles made history as one of the most charismatic and resilient teams in RMR tournaments. Without organizational support or a coach, they qualified for majors three times, including PGL Antwerp 2022 and IEM Rio 2022, each time surviving grueling qualifiers.
2025 Results
The comeback of Bad News Eagles did not meet expectations. The team started the year with ambitions to reestablish themselves on the pro scene, but their results were inconsistent. Their only notable achievement was securing second place at the lan tournament Circuito Retake Season 10, although they lost 0-3 in the grand final.
In other tournaments, the team faced defeats. They were eliminated in the early stages of the qualifiers for PGL Astana 2025 and IEM Dallas 2025. Out of 14 tournaments played in 2025, they failed to advance beyond the 1/16 stage in 9 instances, with total prize money for the year amounting to less than $1,700. Despite their accumulated experience and team chemistry, Bad News Eagles couldn't cope with the pressure and competition of the new season.

This is a national teams tournament where the team will compete with makazze instead of rigoN due to his citizenship. The tournament will take place from July 9 to 13 in Pristina. The prize pool for the tournament is €25,000.
