Team Spirit continues their strong performance at IEM Cologne 2025. In the upper bracket match of Group B, they defeated aurora with a score of 2-0, securing their spot in the playoffs.

The first map, Dust2, was completely dominated by Spirit. They led 7-5 in the first half and comfortably closed the match with a 13-8 victory after the sides switched. On Nuke, Spirit faced more challenges, trailing 9-3 after the first half, but managed to make a comeback and win 13-10, losing only one round on defense.

The standout player of the match was Danil "donk" Kryshkovets, who achieved 60 kills and 28 deaths, with an astonishing ADR of 142. 

Spirit will now face Mouz for playoff seeding, while aurora drops to the lower bracket and will play against FaZe for survival. 

IEM Cologne 2025 is being held from July 23 to August 3 in Germany . The tournament's prize pool is $1,000,000.
