Imperial qualified for the CS Asia Championships 2025

The Brazilian team Imperial Esports won the Americas Open Qualifier for the CS Asia Championships 2025, securing their qualification for the prestigious tournament. The qualifier took place in two stages from August 16 to 17, 2025, in an online format, with 24 teams from the Americas region participating. Imperial defeated Fluxo in the grand final with a score of 2:0, which was the culmination of a tense battle.

Tournament format
The qualifier consisted of two stages: Stage 1 was a single-elimination bracket, where all matches were played in Bo1 format, and the top two teams advanced to Stage 2. Stage 2 was also single-elimination, but started with Bo1 matches, while the semifinals and grand final were Bo3. The prize pool did not include cash prizes, but first place qualified for the CS Asia Championships 2025.

The road to success
The teams skipped Stage 1 and the first stages of Stage 2. Imperial Esports began their journey with a 2-1 victory over Bestia in the semifinals, where the team demonstrated stability and strategic superiority.

In the grand final, Imperial faced Fluxo and won a confident 2:0 victory. They dominated the first map, Inferno, finishing with a score of 13:11, and on the second map, Mirage, they secured their success with another 13:11 victory. This result was the outcome of hard work and tactical skill, which allowed Imperial to advance.

Results and impressions
Imperial Esports became the champions of the Americas Open Qualifier, securing their qualification for the CS Asia Championships 2025. Fluxo took second place, while Bestia and 9z Team shared 3rd and 4th places.
