Mouz vs Team Spirit Grand Finals Becomes Most Watched Match at IEM Cologne 2025

The grand final of IEM Cologne 2025 between Mouz and Team Spirit attracted a record-breaking 1,139,385 viewers, making it not only the most popular match of the tournament but also one of the most-watched games of the year. This final also helped the tournament rank among the top four in peak online viewership in 2025, trailing only Blast.tv Austin Major 2025, as well as IEM Katowice and IEM Melbourne.

In total, viewers spent 35.2 million hours watching matches of IEM Cologne 2025, which is the second-highest result of the year after BLAST.tv Austin Major. The average number of viewers was 428,589, with a total broadcast time of 82 hours and 15 minutes.

The three most popular matches of the tournament took place during the playoff stage:

IEM Cologne 2025 ranked fourth among all tournaments in 2025 by peak viewership. Ahead of it were only BLAST.tv Austin Major (1.79 million), IEM Katowice (1.29 million), and IEM Melbourne (1.25 million).

Among all tournaments in the IEM Cologne series, the current event became the second most popular in history, only behind IEM Cologne 2022 (1.25 million peak viewers). It also surpassed the metrics of 2023 and 2024 in terms of peak viewers and total watch time.
