In the first stage, eight teams from the North and South Leagues will compete in a double-elimination BO3 tournament to determine the top four. The top four from the South and North will then compete in a single-elimination tournament to decide the champion who will participate in a new international event created in 2025. The mixed elimination tournament for the North and South, except for the finals, will be BO3, with the finals being BO5. The entire first stage will use Global BP.

In the second stage, the North and South will compete separately. Eight teams will play a double round-robin BO1 in the regular season. The bottom two are eliminated, and the top six will compete in a double-elimination BO5 to determine the champion. The champions from the South and North will participate in next year's MSI.

In the third stage, the regular season will be a single round-robin BO1. However, starting from the second week, the bottom four teams will personally choose their opponents for the next week's matches at the end of the week (they cannot choose teams they have already faced). The matchups for the first week will be determined by the rankings from the second stage.

Subsequently, eight teams will enter a double-elimination tournament to determine the top three (except for the finals, which will be BO3, with the finals being BO5). In the third stage elimination tournament, the higher-ranked team chooses their opponent. The top four from the regular season enter the winners' bracket, and the bottom four enter the losers' bracket.

Finally, the top three from the South and the top three from the North will compete in a double-elimination BO5 tournament to determine the Americas League champion and the three teams that will participate in the S15 World Championship. It is worth mentioning that the first place in the North and South is guaranteed a top-three finish, effectively securing two S15 World Championship spots.
