Los Ratones — a team founded by popular streamer and analyst Marc "Caedrel" Lamont, has become the champions of the British tier-2 league (NLC) for the second time. In the grand final held at an arena in Copenhagen, the "Rats" confidently defeated NORD Esports with a score of 3:0, thereby defending their title.

On their way to the title, Los Ratones suffered their first defeat of the year — in the semifinals against NORD, who sent them to the lower bracket. However, in the decisive match, Caedrel's team took a convincing revenge.

This triumph made Los Ratones the first organization in the league's history to win two splits in a row in a single season. All five players of the team now rank second on the list of the most titled players in the NLC, trailing only the Danish bot laner Nikolaj "DenVoksne" Meilby.

The MVP of the final was Veljko “Velja” Čamđić, who impressed fans with his play on Naafiri in the second map of the series. It's possible that after the EMEA Masters Spring 2025, LEC organizations might start actively pursuing Los Ratones players. A new challenge lies ahead: defending the EMEA Masters champion title.
