NAVI CEO: "The Roster Will Require Changes"

Time: 2025-06-13 14:30 (UTC)

The esports organization Natus Vincere is entering a new arena—its League of Legends team will make its debut in the main European league, LEC, in the summer of 2025. NAVI has acquired a slot from the team Rogue and has entered into a long-term partnership with the music service Napster, the owner of Rogue 's structure. The deal encompasses not only League of Legends but also the VALORANT discipline.

In 2018, when the LEC was just forming, this slot was something unattainable for us. But the dream remained, and now we are ready to make it a reality. League of Legends is the missing piece for NAVI, and we have entered this league to compete and win.
NAVI CEO Yevhen Zolotarov commented on the deal and the club's plans

Thus, the current roster that transitioned to NAVI along with the slot from Rogue is not guaranteed to remain unchanged by the start of LEC Summer 2025. There could be targeted changes or a complete rebuild.

As for the roster—it obviously will require changes. Most transfer options will only open during the off-season, but we can take certain steps right now.
The most important statement came closer to the end of his address

Joining the LEC is a new stage for NAVI, but also a serious challenge. The team does not intend to be just a participant—the goal is clearly stated: to qualify for the MSI and participate in the Worlds. The first test will be the summer split of 2025.
