The Bracket Stage kicks off the decisive part of the Mid-Season Invitational 2025. Eight teams will compete in a best-of-5 format for a spot in the finals and the right to one loss. The upper and lower bracket matches will take place from July 1 to 12 in Toronto, and each match could be the last for the losers in the lower bracket.

Winners of the first round advance to the second stage of the upper bracket, maintaining a chance for a mistake.
