T1 Defeats Hanwha Life Esports in Finals to Win KeSPA Cup 2025

T1  clinched victory over  Hanwha Life Esports  in the grand final of the tournament, finishing the series with a 3:2 score.

The showdown was extremely intense, stretching across five maps, with the ultimate champion only determined in the decisive game after more than two and a half hours of fierce competition. The teams traded dominant victories at the start of the series, then Hanwha Life Esports managed to get back into the match, but in the fifth map, T1 remained more composed and secured the final victory.

The key figure in the decisive series was Kim “Peyz” Su-hwan, who was named the tournament MVP . In the grand final, he showcased a high level of individual performance and versatility in drafts, playing Varus, Aphelios, Ashe, and Ezreal. Peyz consistently dealt damage in team fights and became one of the main factors in T1 's victory during the crucial moments of the series.

KeSPA Cup 2025 took place from December 6 to 14 in Seoul , South Korea . Teams competed for a prize pool of $68,000.
