Ninjas in Pyjamas and Top Esports Secure Victories in LPL 2026 Split 1

Time: 2026-02-05 14:30 (UTC)

On February 5th, LPL 2026 Split 1 continued with two best-of-three matchups.

Top Esports  delivered a confident performance against  JD Gaming , while  Ninjas in Pyjamas  showcased their strength with a clean sweep over  ThunderTalk Gaming .

Match Results of the Day

Ninjas in Pyjamas vs ThunderTalk Gaming — 2:0

Ninjas in Pyjamas secured a dominant 2:0 win over ThunderTalk Gaming in a series that lasted just over 70 minutes combined. NIP’s laners  HOYA  and  Care  were instrumental, repeatedly finding favorable skirmishes and converting them into Baron and dragon control, which left TT struggling to contest vision and major objectives. Despite some early-game resistance from  Heru  and Lqh, ThunderTalk could not match NIP’s mid-game teamfighting execution, leading to one-sided scorelines in both games.

Top Esports vs JD Gaming — 2:0

Top Esports claimed a 2:0 victory over JD Gaming , closing out the series in under an hour of total game time. TES controlled both drafts and maintained tempo from the early stages, with  Creme  leading the damage charts and consistently punishing JDG’s attempts to contest neutral objectives. JDG found occasional picks through  JunJia  and  GALA , but their mid-game setups lacked cohesion, allowing Top Esports to snowball gold leads into decisive teamfight wins in both maps.

Matches of the Next Game Day

On February 6th, LPL 2026 Split 1 will feature two more best-of-three series:  Invictus Gaming  vs  Weibo Gaming  will open the day, with IG looking to build on their current form while Weibo aim to bounce back after recent defeats. Anyone’s Legend vs  Bilibili Gaming  will follow, promising an intriguing clash as AL seek an upset against a confident BLG roster that has already shown strong coordination and map control in their previous outings.

The LPL 2026 Split 1 is taking place in China , offering a prize pool of $230,072. The top two teams from the tournament will represent the Chinese region at the international event, First Stand 2026.
