Team Liquid has claimed the top spot in Group Bravo at VCT 2025: EMEA Stage 2 after defeating Fnatic , while BBL Esports secured a playoff berth from at least fourth place in Group Alpha following their victory over Team Vitality .

In a crucial Group Alpha clash, BBL Esports and Team Vitality battled for a guaranteed playoff slot. The French squad initially held the lead and maintained it until the middle of the second map, but eventually lost momentum, allowing the Turkish team to complete a comeback and seal the win on the decider. The match ended 2:1 in favor of BBL Esports (Lotus 11:13, Icebox 13:7, Bind 13:10).

Once again, Lewn stood out as the top performer for BBL Esports , racking up an impressive 67 kills as a duelist, with 177 ADR and 279 ACS — on average, a 17% improvement over his recent matches.

In the parallel matchup, both teams were competing for first place in Group Bravo. The early stages were evenly contested, but on the second map, Team Liquid crushed the reigning EMEA champions Fnatic and closed out the series with a dominant 2:0 victory (Bind 14:12, Ascent 13:1). 

VCT 2025: EMEA Stage 2 is taking place from July 16 to September 1 in Germany . Twelve teams are competing for a $250,000 prize pool, two direct slots to Champions 2025, and valuable VCT Points.
