The top players in the Pacific region and Masters Bangkok champions T1 did not qualify for the next Masters, so the team is facing other equally important events. Before the start of one of them, it became known that the club's management had transferred player Kang "DH" Dong-ho from the academy to the main team.
The official announcement
Last night, a message appeared on T1 's official social media. It says that Kang "DH" Dong-ho, a player from the academy squad, will move to the first team and take part in the upcoming qualifiers.
DH" joined T1 VALORANT from T1A team. Please give DH your full support as he competes with T1 in the upcoming EWC qualifiers.
DH's career
Kang "DH" Dong-ho is a 19-year-old Korean player who has been competing on the Valorant professional scene since 2022. Between September 2024 and May 2025, he was a member of the T1 academic squad, with which he took 3rd place at VALORANT Challengers 2025 Korea: Stage 1.
It should be noted that the T1 roster has not changed, and DH joined only as an additional player for the upcoming tournament, and not as a replacement for one of the players. On May 22, T1 , along with DH, will start playing at ACL 2025: EWC Pacific Qualifier, where teams will compete for 2 invitations to EWC 2025.
