The organization 100 Thieves has officially moved Kelden “Boostio” Pupello to inactive status ahead of the final part of the VCT season. His spot in the starting lineup will be taken by newcomer Drew “Kess” Lee. This information was shared on the organization's social media.

Kess previously represented teams like Nightblood Gaming and QoR , and has also performed successfully in college and regional tournaments. Among his achievements are first place in the Southern Esports Conference Fall 2023, victories in IGLeague North America, and consistent performances in College VALORANT. Kess joined 100 Thieves on July 19 and will play at the top level for the first time.
Farewell to the Champion
Boostio spent a year and a half with 100 Thieves , joining the team in January 2024. Under his captaincy, the team became champions of VCT 2024: Americas Stage 1, and later reached the top 4 at VCT 2024: Masters Shanghai. With Boostio on the roster, the team participated in nine major tournaments, including the Esports World Cup 2025, where they placed 13th–16th. Boostio is also a champion of VALORANT Champions 2023 and is currently moved to inactive status.
The first match of the updated 100 Thieves roster will take place on July 21 against NRG during VCT 2025: Americas Stage 2. The tournament runs from July 18 to August 31 in Los Angeles, USA. During the event, 12 teams will compete for a prize pool of $250,000 and 2 slots at VALORANT Champions 2025.
