PGL Bucharest 2025 for CS2 has just begun, already delivering thrilling matches to the audience. In the first round of the Swiss system, four teams confidently started with victories: aurora , FURIA Esports , Astralis , and Legacy . Here's how these encounters unfolded.

Liquid vs. Legacy
The match kicked off with the map Nuke, chosen by Legacy . They completely dominated it, winning the first half 9:3 and securing a confident victory — 13:4. On Anubis, Liquid's pick, the battle was tighter: the first half ended 7:5 in favor of Legacy , and although Liquid slightly closed the gap, their opponents took the map again — 13:10. aurora vs. pain
On the first map Nuke, chosen by pain , aurora looked better and took it with a score of 13:8. The teams then moved to Inferno, where pain managed to make a comeback in overtime — 16:14. FaZe vs. Astralis
Astralis confidently started the series on Ancient , winning the first map 13:4. FaZe gathered themselves on Dust2, where after losing the first half 4:8, they not only leveled the score but also edged out their opponent — 16:13. On the decisive Train, the second half was crucial: Astralis played confidently and took the map 13:8.

FURIA Esports vs. Apogee
The match concluded with a confident triumph for FURIA Esports . On Dust2, their pick, they dominated from the start and finished the map with a score of 13:6. Then came Mirage, chosen by Apogee — the first half was closely contested, but FURIA Esports showcased excellent defense in the second, securing a 13:7 victory.
