Time: 2025-05-06 14:31 (UTC)

The organization FaZe Clan has officially announced a roster change in their CS2 lineup — Brazilian player Gabriel “skullz” Tozelli has joined the team as a stand-in for IEM Dallas 2025. He will temporarily replace Håvard “rain” Nygaard, who will miss the tournament due to personal reasons. FaZe announced this on their social media.

Skullz will step in for rain — a player who previously represented FURIA Esports . He joined the extended FaZe roster only for the duration of IEM Dallas 2025, with no further contract details disclosed by the club. Norwegian player rain remains part of the organization, but he will not participate in the upcoming tournament.

Rain is a FaZe veteran, having played for the team since 2016. With him, FaZe has won titles like the PGL Major Antwerp 2022 and IEM Katowice 2022. Rain is considered one of the club's icons and is part of its legendary lineup. It is currently unknown when he will return to the competitive scene, but the organization has expressed hope to see him back as soon as possible.

Skullz is a Brazilian professional player who has been active on the scene since 2017. As of April 2024, he was listed with FURIA, but on April 22 of this year, he moved to inactive status. Skullz's most significant achievements include second place at the CCT Global Finals 2024 and a top-4 finish at the IEM Rio 2024.
