After the Glitched Masters 2025, we spoke with Passion UA player Serghij " DemQQ " Demchenko. Together, we discussed his adaptation to the new team and synergy with teammates. Serhiy also assessed Passion UA 's chances of qualifying for the StarLadder Budapest Major.

How has your adaptation to Passion UA been? Can you already say that all players have found synergy with each other?
The adaptation went quite well. Can we say that we have fully achieved synergy? We are still working on it, but I believe we are very close. You could say we're on the home stretch of truly understanding each other and building chemistry.

How do you spend your time outside the server?
Each of us has our own ways to relax. Some watch series, others go for walks, some enjoy movies, and others read books. Overall, everyone spends their time outside the game in their own way.

How was the tournament's organization? Did everything go smoothly, or were there any technical or organizational issues?
There were some technical issues, especially on the first day—a delay of about 3.5–4 hours. But overall, aside from that, the organization was decent, and there were no serious problems during the LAN stage.

Will the result at Glitched Masters give a positive boost to the team for the upcoming season?
Of course, winning the tournament is a huge positive boost for the team. It adds motivation and improves our ranking, which will help us get better invites to other tournaments in the future.

There will be no qualifiers before the StarLadder Budapest Major. How do you feel about their cancellation? Now, to get to the major, you'll have to grind even more.
Right now, our ranking isn't very high, so it will be tougher. This motivates us to practice more and participate in more tournaments. Overall, it's not very comfortable, but it's logical—otherwise, getting to the major is impossible.

After winning Glitched Masters, you are ranked 23rd in the European Valve rankings, and you need to be in the top 16 for a major invite. How do you assess Passion UA 's chances of qualifying for the Budapest Major?
There are still three months until the major, and a lot can happen in that time. Theoretically, we could even climb to the tenth spot. If we win at least one more tournament, like CCT, we are almost guaranteed to make it to the top 16. So, I assess our chances as quite good.
