Valve released another micro-patch for Dota 2 aimed at bug fixes and adjustments to some hero abilities. The update includes both balance changes and improvements to ability descriptions.

Fixed a bug with Dazzle, which was causing him to double his money via Boots of Travel and Town Portal Scroll.
Fixed a bug with Monkey King, who was gaining money for each clone through Pirate Hat.
Fixed double magical damage for Dragon Knight in dragon form.
The level 15 right talent for Timbersaw received a nerf: the attribute bonus decreased from 3% to 2.5%.
The stun duration of " Avalanche " for Tiny increased from 1.4 to 1.5 seconds.
Improved the volume of the second explosion in "Ice Path" for Jakiro.
Updated ability descriptions, including "Magic Lamp" and "Ancient Rumblehide."
Fixed the error with Enchantress, which previously reduced attributes by 16%, now works correctly.
The level 10 left talent for Razor now correctly indicates that Plasma Field has less delay.
Fixed item descriptions such as Nilifier, Orb of Corrosion.

This update addresses important bugs and adjusts the balance of certain abilities, improving game stability. Valve continues to actively support Dota 2 by releasing the second consecutive fix.

Additionally, after the release of the first patch, ESL organizers lifted the ban on purchasing Lotus Orb and Revenant’s Brooch and allowed the use of Anti-Mage and Dazzle in DreamLeague Season 25. This could affect the tournament meta, as these items and heroes were previously removed from the pool due to critical bugs.
