On June 29, BetBoom Team confidently defeated Team Liquid in the lower bracket final of the PGL Wallachia Season 5 and became the second grand finalist of the tournament. The match concluded with a score of 2:0.

The MVP of the series was Danil "gpk" Skutin. The BetBoom mid-laner dominated both maps and played a key role in controlling the match's pace. Liquid was unable to put up resistance—both maps were under BetBoom's complete control.
