Yatoro revealed that Team Spirit coach, Airat "Silent" Gaziev, is the reason why he can always discover new meta heroes at the begining of each patch with ease.

As a two-time champion in Dota 2, he discussed this topic further in one of his interviews during the PGL Wallachia Season 3 competition.

“Every team has their own way of coming up with new heroes and ‘changing’ the meta, how do you go about that? It’s like a collective mind, we’re all working like bees. We all arrive at a single conclusion on how to beat a particular team. I think our coach did a pretty good job after the last patch. Unlike most coaches, he always tries to find answers with every Dota hero and not just the ones who are in the meta. He retired a long time ago, so he has a lot of playing experience which allows him to judge the usefulness of every hero”

Yatoro pointed out that even though the rest of the team helps Silent analyze heroes, he is ultimately in charge of defining the new meta and that makes it possible because of Silent’s experience enabling him to know the best possible heroes to use.

The player further explained that it is the coach that allows him and the rest of the team to adjust to each patch with ease irrespective of the nerfs on the heroes in their pool.
