In the new update, Valve has addressed several critical issues impacting game mechanics:
General Fixes:
The Tormentor no longer spawns on top of a hero when testing the map.
Fixed an issue where a team could learn that the opponent activated Smoke of Deceit without having vision.
Removed an exploit with Boots of Travel that allowed generating an infinite number of teleportation scrolls.
Fixed a bug where a hero could lock their model or position through Roshan's grab animation.
The duration of the Haste rune now properly updates according to the rune cycle.
Specific Hero Fixes:
Alchemist – The indicator for received Scepter no longer shows an incorrect amount.
Bristleback – Bonus damage from Aghanim's Scepter is no longer considered reflected damage.
Doom – Correct calculation of buyback cost through Devil's Bargain.
Kunkka – Level 25 talent now correctly works on Tidebringer.
Magnus – Skewer without Aghanim’s Shard no longer destroys trees.
Medusa – Venomous Volley no longer works on illusions when Split Shot is active.
Naga Siren – Deluge no longer sets the same movement speed for all enemies.
Windranger – Focus Fire is no longer canceled by a brief loss of target vision.
Ability Draft Changes:
Pangolier no longer receives Roll Up when selecting Shard without Rolling Thunder.
Kez no longer receives Shodo Sai without the appropriate abilities.
