Another game day of the LEC Spring 2025 has concluded, with victories secured by G2 Esports and Karmine Corp . As it was an away game Sunday, this time the matches were held at the Karmine Corp Arena in France.
G2 Esports confidently defeated SK Gaming with a score of 2:0. The team controlled the flow of both games, leaving no room for their opponents to make a comeback. With this victory, G2 has secured an early spot in the playoffs of the spring split. The MVP of the series was Rasmus "Caps" Borregard, who demonstrated high stability in the mid lane and played a key role in every team fight.
Before the start of the second match, as Karmine Corp players were motivating each other, the arena lights went out due to a false fire alarm, delaying the start of the match.
In the second match of the day, Karmine Corp overcame Team Vitality with a score of 2:1 in an exciting three-map series. Although Vitality managed to win the second map, Karmine Corp pulled themselves together for the decisive game and managed to bring the match to a victorious conclusion. The best player of the series was Martin "Yike" Sundelin, who made critical contributions across all three maps, notably showcasing an impressive performance on Pantheon in the final map.
