Passive:
Health restored when returning to Skaarl now begins at the start of the process, not at the end.
Kled now gains 1% of his maximum health as armor and magic resistance for each nearby enemy (up to 2% HP).
Courage from last hitting minions: 4 → 5.
Courage from killing enemies within 3 seconds: 20 → 0.
Kled's auto-attacks in dismounted form against champions: 80% damage → 85–100% (depending on level: 15/10/5/0% reduction at levels 1/6/11/16).
Movement speed reduction for dismounted Kled: 60 → 40.
Movement speed gained when moving towards champions: 100–185 → 70–155.
Activation radius for speed boost in dismounted form: 1000 → 1200.
Skaarl's health now scales from 400–1550 → 400–1400 (depending on progression).
Health restored when returning to Skaarl: 45–75% → 40–70%.
Dash delay when returning to Skaarl: now fixed at 0.75 seconds.
Q (Dismounted):
Reload time: 20–7.5 sec. (depending on level) → 18–10 sec. (scaling with Q rank).
Damage per pellet: 35–95 + 80% bonus AD → 35–95 + 65% bonus AD.
Maximum damage: 63.171 + 144% bonus AD → 63.171 + 117% bonus AD.
Hit check is now based on Kled's facing direction.
Q (Mounted):
Initial tether chance (hit bAD ratio): 65% → 60%.
Full damage now: 90–390 + 195% bonus AD → 90–390 + 180% bonus AD.
No longer applies Grievous Wounds.
Pull timer is now strict rather than "fuzzy."
Slow: 40–60% → 30–50%.
Tether duration: 1.5 sec. → 2.5 sec.
Damage is now calculated immediately upon tethering, not after completion.
Hit check now also depends on Kled's facing direction.
W:
Cooldown: 11–5 sec. → 13–9 sec.
Attacks during W now reduce remaining cooldown (0.5 sec. per champion, 0.5 sec. per non-champion).
Damage: 20–60 + 4 + 5.6–5.6% of target's health + 12% per 100 bonus AD → 20–60 + 4.5–6.5% of target's health + 1% of max health per 20 bonus AD.
Max damage to health: 250 units.
No longer cancels W if Kled switches targets — auto-attacks maintain W behavior without deactivation.
E:
Damage: 35–135 + 65% bonus AD → 35–135 + 55% bonus AD.
Now displays a SpellTimer HUD, showing the time left for E2 reuse.
Added range indicator while E2 is active.
R (Ultimate):
Minimum damage: 4.6% max HP + 4% per 100 bonus AD (physical) + 4–8% max HP + 3% per 100 bonus AD (magic) →
12–18% max HP + 12% per 100 bAD (physical damage) + 12–24% max HP + 9% per 100 bAD (magic damage).
Now includes a ping indicator for range indication (override ping).
This rework makes Kled more stable and less reliant on early advantage. Riot is providing him with tools for prolonged fights and aims to renew interest in the champion as a full-fledged fighter, rather than a situational pick.
