Hanwha Life Esports Announces Viper's Departure

In  Hanwha Life Esports , the contract with bot laner Park "Viper" Do-hyeon concluded at the end of the 2025 season.

The team officially confirmed the termination of the agreement and thanked the player for his contributions and performances over the past three years.

The organization released a statement on Wednesday, noting that the player's contract expired after the 2025 season and would not be extended. The club expressed gratitude to the athlete.

During his time with the team, Viper remained a key player for Hanwha Life Esports , competing in international and regional tournaments and participating in roster rebuilds across different seasons. The organization did not disclose who will fill the bot laner position next year or specify further staffing plans.

Viper joined Hanwha Life Esports in 2022 after returning from the LPL , where he played for EDward Gaming and won Worlds 2021. Over three years with HLE, he became one of the team's central players, participated in the LCK playoffs, and several roster rebuilds. The decision to part ways concludes one of the longest phases of his career in South Korea .
