Gen.G Esports Crowned LCK Cup 2026 Champions as Ruler's Pentakill Seals Stunning 3:0 Grand Final Sweep

Gen.G Esports have claimed the LCK Cup 2026 title in emphatic fashion, sweeping BNK FEARX 3:0 in the Grand Final to complete a dominant tournament run. The victory was sealed in the most dramatic fashion possible — a Pentakill from AD carry Jae-hyuk "Ruler" Park on the final map, putting an exclamation mark on Gen.G's championship performance.

Gen.G set the tone from the very first map, taking control early and closing out a composed 17:9 victory in 27 minutes. Map 2 was even more one-sided — BNK FEARX managed just three kills across the entire game as Gen.G steamrolled to a clinical 13:3 win in 24 minutes. The third and final map followed the same script, with Gen.G once again asserting complete dominance for an 18:3 result in 30 minutes, capped off by Ruler's series-ending Pentakill that brought the crowd to its feet.

Grand Final MVP: Ruler

Jae-hyuk "Ruler" Park was the undisputed standout of the series and claimed MVP honors with a performance that underlined exactly why he is considered one of the best in the world. Across all three maps, he posted a 6.1/1.1/6.4 KDA with 77% kill participation and an average of 20.1K damage per game. His 555 GPM and 316 CS per game further highlight the consistency and dominance he brought to every map.

With the title secured, Gen.G Esports take home the LCK Cup 2026 trophy while BNK FEARX finish as deserving runners-up after an impressive playoff run to reach the Grand Final. Both teams have now confirmed their spots at First Stand 2026, where they will carry the LCK banner at the international stage.

The LCK Cup 2026 ran from January 12 to March 1 in South Korea , featuring 10 teams competing for the title and two coveted spots at First Stand 2026.
