Rumor: Humanoid to Join Team Vitality Before LEC 2026 Season

Time: 2025-11-12 00:00 (UTC)

Czech midlaner Marek "Humanoid" Bražda will return to the LEC in the 2026 season—he will sign a contract with  Team Vitality .

According to sources, he will replace Mateusz "Czajek" Czajka, who played for the team last year. After a break from the top division, Humanoid will once again appear in the starting lineup of a team from the leading European region.

Vitality Bets on Experience

After leaving the  Fnatic  roster in the summer of 2025 and a series of unsuccessful performances with second-tier teams, Humanoid's return to the LEC seemed unlikely. In the spring, he was benched and replaced by  Poby —a young player who was part of the roster restructuring. Nevertheless, Team Vitality decided to trust the midlane to the veteran, choosing him among several candidates.

According to sources, the organization initially wanted to sign Vladimir "Vladi" Kurdidis, but he chose to move to Fnatic . Yun " Poby " Seon-won was also considered, but the choice ultimately fell on the more experienced midlaner.

Possible Reunion with Carzzy

If the deal is finalized, Humanoid might reunite with Matyáš "Carzzy" Orság—a duo that led MAD Lions to two LEC championship titles in 2021. According to sources, Carzzy is close to extending his contract with Vitality and is likely to remain the starting ADC for the 2026 season.

Also expected to stay in the lineup are toplaner Kan "Naak Nako" Okan and jungler Linas "Lyncas" Nauncikas. The team is forming a core of promising players and proven leaders, which could compete for high positions in the next season.
