The Esports World Cup 2025 Valorant is in full swing, and the group stage is coming to an end in the near future. Today, two knockout matches were played in groups A and B, the results of which revealed the names of the first teams to leave the event.

G2 Esports vs Bilibili Gaming
In group A, the knockout match was between the Chinese club Bilibili Gaming and the American representative G2 Esports . Although G2 were considered the favorites, they are playing with a replacement in this tournament, and this was the key factor. At first, the teams exchanged maps, with BiliBili winning Sunset 13:3 and G2 winning Pearl 13:4. The outcome of the match was decided on Icebox, and here G2 lacked the experience of leaf, who is not participating in the tournament. Sentinels vs XLG Esports
In Group B, the knockout match was between representatives of the same regions, Sentinels from the US against XLG Esports from China. The clash was also similar to the previous match, with the teams swapping maps, where Sentinels won Lotus 13:9 and XLG won Sunset 13:8. The outcome of the match was decided on Haven, where, in a tense battle, the American club still won with a score of 13:9.

As a result of the knockout matches, Sentinels and Bilibili Gaming advance to the decisive round in their groups. Sentinels will face DRX , and Bilibili Gaming will face Karmine Corp for a spot in the playoffs. XLG Esports and G2 Esports are leaving the tournament in one of the last 13-16 places and earning $15,000 per team.
