According to Sheep Esports, T1 did not extend the contract with head coach Autumn, who had been leading the team since May 2022, while both assistants indigo and CheongGak ended their agreements by mutual agreement.

T1 's most successful year at VALORANT

2025 was a real breakthrough for T1 . The team started the season with a victory at the off-season Red Bull Home Ground #5, then took second place at Kickoff Pacific, which guaranteed them participation in the first Masters Bangkok 2025. In Bangkok, the team initially lost the first matches, but later fully recovered and became the tournament champion. 

However, in the following T1 tournaments, the team could not keep up the pace of Pacific Stage 1 and finished in 7-8th place. Although at Stage 2, the team took 4th place and qualified for VALORANT Champions Paris 2025, they failed to repeat the results of Masters Bangkok, and T1 did not even make it out of the group and left the tournament in 9-12th place.

So far, the information about the complete dissolution of the coaching staff has not been officially confirmed, and therefore is only at the level of rumors.
