The series began on Inferno, Astralis ’s map pick. The Danes looked solid in the first half, taking an 8:4 lead on the CT side. TyLoo attempted to fight back after the switch, but Astralis held their ground and closed out the map 13:8 to claim the early advantage.
On Overpass, TyLoo struck back with determination. The first half ended evenly at 6:6, but the Chinese side dominated the second half with a flawless defensive performance, winning 7 consecutive rounds. TyLoo sealed the map 13:7, leveling the series.
The decider took place on Train, where Astralis once again built a strong start, leading 8:4 at halftime. However, TyLoo delivered a spectacular comeback on their CT side, taking 9 of the last 11 rounds to win the map 13:10 and complete the upset.
