OG , Imperial , 9z , and venom Qualify for Thunderpick World Championship 2025

Teams OG , Imperial , 9z , and venom have successfully qualified for the Thunderpick World Championship 2025.

They have secured their spot at the prestigious lan event with a prize pool of $850,000 and will continue to compete for the trophy at this tier-1 tournament.

OG 2:1 BIG

OG  started the series confidently on Nuke, crushing their opponent 13:4. However,  BIG  managed to bounce back on Train with a 13:5 victory. The decisive match on Inferno was dominated by OG , who closed the map 13:2 and secured their spot in the semifinals.

The MVP of the match was Christoffer "Chr1zN" Storgaard. He achieved 42 kills with 30 deaths, showing an adr of 95. 

9z 2:0 PARIVISION

9z left no chance for their opponent, winning 2:0. They took Ancient with a 13:4 win and secured their success on Train with a 13:9 victory.

The MVP of the match was Matias "HUASOPEEK" Ibañez Hernandez. He finished the match with 45 kills and only 22 deaths, demonstrating an adr of 107.8. 

venom 2:0 Nemiga

venom  began with a confident victory on Overpass, winning 13:5. They also proved stronger on Ancient , closing the map 13:7 and leaving Nemiga with no chances.

The MVP of the match was Kamil "Sobol" Sobolewski. He showed impressive stats with 37 kills and 19 deaths and an adr of 98.0.

Legacy 0:2 Imperial

On Inferno,  Legacy  was close to victory, but  Imperial  managed to make a comeback from a 12:4 deficit and won the map 16:14. On Mirage, Imperial felt more confident and closed the series with a 13:11 win.

The standout player for Imperial was Marcelo "chelo" Cespedes, finishing the match with a K-D ratio of 39–39 and an adr of 81.

 

The winners of the matches will compete in the lan portion of the tournament, where they will face off against NAVI, The MongolZ , FURIA Esports , and aurora . The losers take 5th-8th place and exit the qualification.
