jks Joins FlyQuest, Returns to Australian Core

Time: 2025-07-09 10:20 (UTC)

Justin “jks” Savage finds himself among fellow countrymen once again, now under the FlyQuest banner. The Australian star has officially joined the team, which acquired his contract from Team Liquid .

FlyQuest is betting on stability and synergy, building a roster reminiscent of the legendary 100 Thieves . The presence of jks adds solidity and international experience to this plan.

From Liquid to the Bench
Before his move to FlyQuest, jks spent a year with Team Liquid . However, his journey there was mixed. During nine months as a starter, he posted respectable stats with an average rating of 5.7, and the team reached the quarterfinals of ESL Pro League S20 and S21, BLAST Premier Fall Final, and Perfect World Shanghai Major. But in April, the organization replaced him with captain Kamil “siuhy” Szkaradek, leaving the Australian on the bench for three months.

Now Liquid has officially bid farewell to him on social media, thanking him for his service, while FlyQuest has already welcomed the newcomer as a full-fledged member of the main lineup.

FlyQuest's New Roster and Ambitions
The updated FlyQuest roster is as follows:

Joshua “INS” Potter
Declan “Vexite” Portelli
Iulian “regali” Harjău
Corey “nettik” Brown
Justin “jks” Savage
Jay "Liazz" Tregillgas

Here, jks reunites with INS and Vexite, making the roster predominantly Australian for the first time since 100 Thieves exited CS:GO in 2020. That team marked the last bright chapter of jks's career before his European stint.

FlyQuest aims for consistent performances in tier-1 tournaments, and adding jks is a clear signal of ambition. He could become a cornerstone for the young roster, combining tactical intelligence and clutch experience that the team previously lacked.

jks's move to FlyQuest is more than just a transfer. It's a return to his roots, an attempt to regain the team chemistry he showcased during his time with Renegades and 100 Thieves . For FlyQuest, it's a step toward ambition, stability, and making a mark on the international stage. For jks, it's a chance to remind everyone why he was once considered one of the best clutch players of his era.
