BC.Game has announced that Ilya “ Perfecto(RUS) ” Zalutsky will play as a stand-in at IEM Dallas 2025, replacing Norwegian Joakim “ jkaem ” Myrbostad. He was removed from the lineup after being accused of gambling-related debts, which, according to media reports, reached more than $300,000.
Perfecto(RUS) hasn't entered the Tier-1 arena since April 2024, when he played at IEM Chengdu with Cloud9 . After that, he was placed on the reserve list, and due to a long bye and a limited number of offers, he remained without a team for almost a year. In 2025, he played a few official games - with the EGOISTO mix at LanDaLan (2nd place) and with ROLER COASTER at the qualifier for PGL Bucharest, showing good statistics on 24 maps.
Stats: Perfecto(RUS) vs jkaem
A comparison of the last 6 months shows that although Perfecto(RUS) loses to jkaem in terms of frags (0.68 vs. 0.72) and damage (74.62 vs. 83.89), it is significantly more effective in terms of survival, with 17% fewer deaths (0.59 vs. 0.72). In the context of the supportive role it plays, this indicator is particularly important. In addition, it has an almost identical overall rating (Score: 6.2 vs. 6.3).
These numbers confirm that Perfecto(RUS) remains a reliable option for large tournaments, and even without regular practice at Tier-1 level, it can bring stability and discipline to a team's play.
