Last month, HLTV introduced a key new metric to its rating 3.0 system: Round Swing (RS), which measures a player's influence on the outcome of a single map.

Russian media CS2NEWS conducted research on this, looking at all map matches in top-tier tournaments in 2025 (so far), and selected the seven best performers based on "RS". The first place was huNter-, who played an RS of 23.07 against Imperial . The second place was sl3nd , who played an RS of 22 against Falcons in a single map. The third place was fame , who played an RS of 20.71 against B8 .

Donk , often teased by fans as "one-carry-four" , did not make the list. His best performance was on Dust2 against Eternal Fire (this map was ranked 12th in RS's 2025 rankings).
