Movistar KOI Crowned LEC Spring 2025 Champions

Time: 2025-06-08 19:00 (UTC)

Movistar KOI defeated G2 Esports with a score of 3:1 in the grand final of the LEC Spring 2025, claiming the championship title. The final took place on June 8 at the Riot Games studio in Berlin. MKOI avenged their loss in the upper bracket and earned €40,000, as well as slots in the MSI and Esports World Cup 2025. The MVP of the series was David "Supa" García.

KOI started the series strong, winning the first two maps through map control and aggression in team fights. G2 managed to narrow the gap on the third map by forcing a late-game battle. However, the fourth map went to MKOI: Supa secured a decisive triple kill at Baron, clinching the championship for the team.

Supa's confident play in crucial moments was a key factor in the team's success. His contribution helped MKOI secure their first title under this brand and head to international tournaments as champions.

LEC Spring 2025 ran from March 29 to June 8. Teams competed for playoff spots and slots in international tournaments such as the EWC and the MSI 2025. Follow the news, schedule, and results of the tournament at the link.
