Heretics' Challenges

According to Flakked , the decisive factor was the team's weak performance in teamfights:

We made a lot of mistakes and forgot the basics. Both teams played poorly on the map, but in fights, we looked worse. We just couldn't show what we had practiced. 

The player noted that Heretics often became complacent after individual successful games and lost focus during practice:

We even discussed that, as professionals, we shouldn't have to take away our phones to stay focused. But we lacked discipline.

Regrets and Future

Flakked admitted that his main mistake was staying silent about roster issues:

I regret not speaking up about everything sooner. It wouldn't have saved the entire season, but it might have changed something.   

Despite the disappointment, he is confident in his form and wants to continue his career in the LEC, although he hasn't thought much about the future.

I don't plan to return to the ERL, even if I have to consider that option. I want to play only at the top level in Europe.

Emotions and Apology to Fans

The player mentioned that he finished the season at the peak of his form but couldn't show it. After three years with Heretics, he feels guilty towards the fans:

It's hard for me to go on social media just to apologize each time. I've been with Heretics for three years and haven't done anything significant for them. I feel guilty. Thank you to those who continued to support us, even when we gave no reason to.

In the near future, Flakked plans to take a break and then head to Korea to prove to himself that he can compete at the highest level.
