G2 Esports Defeats Movistar KOI , Anyone’s Legend Overcomes Generation Gaming : Results of Worlds 2025 Swiss Stage Round Two

At the League of Legends World Championship in China , the second day of the Swiss stage has concluded.

As a result,  Top Esports CTBC Flying Oyster , and Anyone’s Legend have moved into the group of teams with a 2-0 record. Meanwhile,  Fnatic PSG Talon , and  Vivo Keyd Stars  are on the brink of elimination after losing for the second consecutive time.

FlyQuest 1:0 Vivo Keyd Stars

FlyQuest  confidently bounced back from their first-round loss with a score of 26:5. Inspired tore apart the opponents (10/0/11, 18.5K damage, 14.8K gold), while Quad secured 9/1/9 and 36.6K damage — the best performance of the day. Vivo Keyd Stars were completely overwhelmed. 

KT Rolster 1:0 Team Secret Whales

KT secured their second consecutive victory with a score of 14:11. deokdam was the main hero of the match (7/2/5, 27.6K damage, 14.8K gold), while Cuzz confidently controlled the pace. Team Secret Whales held their ground until the 20th minute but couldn’t withstand the Korean onslaught. 

G2 Esports Esports 1:0 Movistar KOI

G2 Esports  made a comeback after a rough start to the tournament with a score of 20:7. Caps finally showed his champion form (5/1/7, 26.7K damage, 12.6K gold), and Hans Sama became the most effective player (7/1/9, 24.6K damage).  Movistar KOI  once again failed to compete in the mid-game. 

Top Esports 1:0 100 Thieves

TES continue to steamroll through the tournament with a score of 24:9. Creme played a flawless game (9/0/11, 22.8K damage, 14.2K gold) and was named MVP of the match. JackeyLove also showcased his skills — 6/1/15, 19.8K damage.  100 Thieves  looked outmatched. 

CTBC Flying Oyster 1:0 T1

The Taiwanese team pulled off perhaps the biggest upset of the day — CFO crushed T1 with a score of 25:11. JunJia was unstoppable (10/0/9, 28.9K damage, 16.4K gold), while Doggo and hongQ dominated in team fights. Even faker , with 28.9K damage, couldn’t save  T1  from defeat. 

Anyone’s Legend 1:0 Generation Gaming Esports

The second upset of Worlds — Anyone’s Legend defeated  Generation Gaming  with a score of 16:10. MVP was Hope , achieving 7/1/9, 26.7K damage, and 16K gold. The LCK champions from Generation Gaming appeared fatigued and made several critical errors in the mid-game. 

Bilibili Gaming 1:0 Fnatic

BLG easily closed out against Fnatic — 14:6 in 27:53. knight delivered a consistent performance with 2/0/8, 19.9K damage, and 11.3K gold, but the key factor was shad0w — 6/1/6, 13.6K damage, 86% kill participation. Fnatic were powerless against the speed of the Chinese style. 

Hanwha Life Esports 1:0 PSG Talon

The Koreans confidently handled PSG Talon with a score of 16:6 in 28 minutes. Zeka was named MVP of the match with a result of 6/1/5, 15.7K damage, and 12.3K gold. Hanwha Life left no chance for their opponent, quickly taking control of the map. 

World Championship 2025 is taking place from October 14 to November 9 in China . Teams from around the world are competing for a prize pool of $5 million.
