In an interview with Sheep Esports, the team's top laner Hsu “Rest” Shih-Chieh shared his thoughts on the series, reflected on their performance, and discussed the significance of this achievement for the region.
I feel a bit empty, admitted Rest. The series was best-of-five, but the match started at 3:00 PM and ended by 5:00 PM. It's a bit of a strange feeling.
The player noted that the team distributed the games based on matchups:

Rest also shared his impressions of playing K’Sante and Rek’Sai:
In the second game, it was tough for me; we started with a lane imbalance, but in the third, I felt fine as I am well-acquainted with the Rek’Sai versus Sion matchup.
According to the top laner, the most valuable aspect of this Worlds was the opportunity to play on the international stage for his team:
I am proud to have showcased Rek’Sai several times in this tournament. Such opportunities are rare in our region, and it is a special experience for me.
Rest also spoke about his personal growth over the years of his career:
I have learned a lot, not only in the game but also in communicating with the team. I used to hardly communicate during matches, but now I actively participate in discussions with my teammates and share my opinions.
Speaking about the legacy CFO left at Worlds 2025, Rest emphasized:
We have already made history. This is an achievement for our region — for the first time in many years, an LCP team reached the playoffs at Worlds. While it's not something to boast about, we have truly set a new record.
The top laner also highlighted this year's theme — Sacrifice, admitting that as a player and a person, he had to sacrifice a lot to participate in the championship:
For us, top laners, this is especially relevant. In the game, sacrifices often fall on us for the sake of the team.
