Rumor: Kyeahoo to Become Karmine Corp 's New Mid Laner

Time: 2025-11-10 22:00 (UTC)

The French organization  Karmine Corp  is close to signing South Korean mid laner Kang "Kyeahoo" Ea-hoo, reports Sheep Esports.

According to sources, the player has already reached an agreement with the club and will join the roster for the LEC 2026 season. The transfer will take place without a buyout, and Kyeahoo will become the third South Korean in the lineup, alongside top laner Kim "Canna" Chang-dong and new head coach Bok "Reapered" Han-gyu.

The 20-year-old player previously played for  DRX  from the academy to the main roster. Since 2023, he began getting playtime in the LCK, and this season he secured his spot in the main lineup. Despite the team's poor results, the mid laner showed consistent performance.

According to Sheep Esports, Karmine Corp considered several options for the mid position, including Lim "Quid" Hyun-seung, who ultimately chose  Team Liquid . Other candidates included Kang "Saint" Sung-in, Lee "Loki" Sang-min, Lee "BuLLDoG" Tae-yeong, and Yoo "Zinie" Baek-jin. After reviewing all profiles, the club placed its bet on Kyeahoo.

Karmine Corp is changing its roster after an unsuccessful season and missing out on Worlds 2025. The transfer of Kyeahoo is expected to be part of a major roster overhaul aimed at bringing the club back to the forefront of the European scene.
