Rumors: Poby to Become New Mid Laner for Natus Vincere

Time: 2025-11-16 22:00 (UTC)

Natus Vincere , according to Sheep Esports, have agreed on the transfer of Yun "Poby" Seong-won.

The South Korean midlaner will play the LEC 2026 season with the Ukrainian organization, completing their starting lineup.

NAVI were choosing a midlaner among Vladi, Humanoid, and Poby

NAVI negotiated with Vladimíros "Vladi" Kourtidis, but they couldn't capture the player's interest. The club then considered Marek "Humanoid" Brazda, but he was picked up by Vitality without a buyout. Ultimately, NAVI's choice narrowed down to Yun "Poby" Seong-won and Mateusz "Czajek" Czajka — the organization decided to bet on the South Korean.

From T1 Academy to Fnatic and Worlds

Poby grew within the T1 system and in the summer of 2023, he replaced Lee "Faker" Sang-hyeok in the main roster. In 2025, he debuted in the LEC with Fnatic , where he replaced Humanoid. Despite an unstable split, the team made it to Worlds 2025, leaving  Karmine Corp  behind.

With Poby's signing, NAVI became one of the first teams to complete their roster for 2026. The lineup focuses on young players from the French LFL: toplaner Vladimir "Maynter" Sorokin came from  Karmine Corp Blue, jungler Enes "Rhilech" Ucan from BK ROG, and botlane Lee "Hans SamD" Jae-hun and Polat "Parus" Çiçek played for Ici Japon Corp and BDS Academy respectively. The head coach appointed is Vasilis "TheRock" Voltis, who previously worked with Karmine Corp Blue.
