The 2025 season concluded for Karmine Corp in September. This gave the club an advantage in the transfer market, allowing them to start working on their roster earlier than most competitors. The staff actively focused on strengthening the mid lane and support positions. In the final roster version, three key players remained, around whom a new configuration was built.

According to sources, the club considered a wide pool of candidates, including players from South Korea , Europe, and North America. Ultimately, they chose two newcomers, whose transfers were finalized by early December. One of them holds a European passport, preserving the import slots.

The coaching staff remains unchanged. The head coach will continue with the team for the second consecutive season. The assistant coach, who worked with KC in 2025, has also been retained.
