Localization Breaks Server Selection in VALORANT

Time: 2025-07-30 20:00 (UTC)

With the release of the new patch in VALORANT, players have encountered a new bug. The list of available servers now depends on the selected client localization. This bug only affects the manual selection of servers in the settings. In automatic matchmaking, you can still end up in a match hosted on a server you cannot manually select. Riot Games has yet to respond to this in-game error.

Here are some examples:

With Polish localization, the Frankfurt server cannot be selected.
The Madrid server is missing in Spanish localization.
For German localization, only Warsaw, Cape Town, and Tokyo are available.
Players with turkish localization are left with only London, Warsaw, Istanbul, Stockholm, and Bahrain.
Meanwhile, in English and Russian localizations, servers are displayed in full.

Patch 11.02, on which VALORANT was upgraded to Unreal Engine 5, became available on European servers on July 30. Along with the patch, Riot Games fixed previously existing bugs in the game and made minor changes to agents.
