The group stage of VCT 2025: Americas Stage 2 is coming to an end, with the fourth week of play concluding yesterday. On the last day, two matches were played, the results of which we will discuss below.

G2 vs FURIA
In the first match, we saw a clash between favorites G2 Esports and regional outsiders FURIA, and it ended predictably. G2 defeated their opponent on Corrode with a score of 13:2, and then again easily won on Ascent with a score of 13:5.

LOUD vs. 100 Thieves
The second match was a more even battle between LOUD and 100 Thieves . On the first map, Sunset, LOUD defeated their opponents 13:2. But on Bind, 100 Thieves won 13:7. The outcome of the match was decided on Lotus, where 100 Thieves won 14:12 in overtime.

As a result of the matches, G2 and 100 Thieves earned their third victory, which guarantees them a slot in the playoffs. LOUD and FURIA lost their matches, but even so, they still have a chance to make it to the playoffs during the last week of play.

VCT 2025: Americas Stage 2 takes place from July 18 to August 31 in the United States. As part of the event, 12 teams are competing for a prize pool of $250,000, as well as two slots in VALORANT Champions 2025.
