The French organization, which had previously benched Saif "Sayf" Jibraeel, has reinstated him to its VALORANT roster as the sixth player. The club announced the move on its official X page.

Sayf assisted the team as a sixth man in the final group stage match of VCT 2025: EMEA Stage 2, stepping in as a potential emergency substitute when one of the team members felt unwell. Although his direct help on the server was not ultimately required, he supported the squad before and after the match, taking part in preparation and reviews. The club emphasized this in its announcement of his return.

Team Vitality ’s next match will take place in the lower bracket of the VCT 2025: EMEA Stage 2 playoffs, where they qualified after finishing fourth in Group Alpha. Their opponent will be decided in the GIANTX vs. Navi matchup, which opens the upper bracket. The playoffs begin on August 21.
